WellhopeAgri-Tech collaborates with India Nexus to expand international feed markets
Liaoning WellhopeAgri-Tech Joint Stock Co., Ltd, better known as HefengLivestock Co., Ltd, has signed a memorandum of cooperation with India NexusFeed Co., Ltd. to establish a new company as part of their strategy to gain more market opportunities.
The joint venture will be engaging in businesses covering shrimp feed, basa fish floating feed, broiler and layer feed,and shrimp processed products. It has a registered capital of RMB10 million (US$1.57 million), with Hefeng funding 30% of the total investment sum.
In view of the complementary strengths and advantagesof the two parent companies,Hefeng hopesto gain more market opportunities and to increase the company's competitiveness in this strategic cooperation.
